Ethiopia – 2895 – Recovery through change

The Answer Foundation works together with the Meserete Kristonos church in this project. The goal is to bring the gospel to prisoners in Ethiopia. We work together in two prisons in Ejere and Merhabete.

In addition to preaching the gospel, we support the inmates with vocational and technical skills.

The success of reintegration of ex-prisoners upon their return to society will increase if they have already followed vocational training in prison. They are equipped to return to society as honorable citizens and are ready to find a job. The local church continues to look after the ex-prisoners.

Most prisons lack the resources to provide targeted vocational training to inmates. With this project, the Answer Foundation ensures that there is hope and perspective for the prisoners.
