Hungary – 2302 – Juvenile Prison

There are 120 young people in the youth prison of Debrecen in the age category of 14 to 18 years. These young people have been exposed to crime at a young age. Some of them didn’t get love during their upbringing, for others they were wrong friends and for others it was poverty that led them to crime. Each of these guys has their own story, often a loveless one. Here we bring love and hope. We talk with them, sing together and with a creative therapist we also deal with more difficult subjects. We also tell about Jesus and the boys all get their own Bible.

In this project we work together with the independent Hungarian organization Dorkász Szolgála (Dorcas Ministries).
